"When we arrived, she was helpful and delighted to see us. She told all the amenities, times for the pool and said to call for any reason we needed anything. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy and sheets were pristine. All the staff were very courteous. I won't stay anywhere else now in Osoyoos. sheets"

"Great location nice beach and pool. Hot tub jets were broken. Older hotel but clean and maintenance people are around Found the TV remote difficult to use but should be outside anyway enjoying the lake and beach Disappointed with the restaurant. Shrimp tacos were made with deep fried shrimp and had indegestion from it. Pub style food and sandwiches and nachos Lots ofgood restaurants a short drive away. Overall 3.5 out of 5"

"This was a very nice unit and we really enjoyed the entire complex. Would definitely consider coming back. A small negative is that the listing did not list an extra charge for the use of the golf cart."
