"Decent experience, nothing special. Our kids appreciated the pool for sure and somewhat close walking distance to the boardwalk. There was hair in our shower drain, not a huge deal but a little ick. We also got called from the hotel staff that we were making too much noise the morning we were leaving, simply walking around to pack up when the night before there were several parties going on around us and our kids couldn't fall asleep and that went on until about 2am."

"Very good location. Excellent services. The only issue we had was parking the car in the carpark late af night as most spots were taken. We had to park our Santa Fe in a space for a compact car. That was a challenge !"

"Such a cute place! Great location to the boardwalk we didn’t need to bring so much because going back to the hotel to grab beach stuff was so convenient. The only thing they can improve on is the hot water, it was pretty lukewarm for every shower. But the staff was super friendly, it’s close to the boardwalk and the place had personality which i loved!"

"I initially wasn’t happy with having no one to check us in when we are first arrived however, once that situation was fixed were more than pleased with our room and we also had a great view of the beach from our balcony. Very big room only problem is they have no carpet on the floor it’s the fake plastic floor, which is noisy when you walk on it at night overall very good experience and will go back there again."

"Eileen & Jason are super responsive and proactive in their communications. The cottage is adorable and so very peaceful. We found it very clean. There is a coffee/sandwich place a block away, a bar/restaurant a short walk away, and the beach, along with another restaurant and coffee/breakfast place a ten minute walk away. So convenient! Check in/out was super easy. If we return to Santa Cruz we’ll be sure to stay here again."
