"Fabulous! Our 1 bedroom was beautiful. There were wonderful touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible including providing coffee, board games and drinks in the fridge. The property is so unique and an experience unto itself. A yoga retreat from the early 50’s with interesting architecture, art and even vortexes on the property. It made our visit to Joshua Tree that much more magical. "

Providing that for guests while the soda machine is out of service, shows resourcefulness. Their rates are usually the least expensive amoung competing hotels too. The one undesirable condition was the bugs that made it in under the door but it's the desert, so, whatever. "

"Great location near the park entrance, but on quiet edge of town. The home was clean and cute, but a little sparse and impersonal. No dressers in the smaller bedrooms. The hot tub was huge and clean and great at night. Comfy beds. No laundry on site, which was stated in the listing, but a bit of a bummer. Overall, a nice place to stay."
