Seascape 1104 is located on the 11th floor and features stunning views over the Tweed River and out to the Pacific Ocean! The unit has been renovated and beautifully furnished and styled throughout!

The apartment is very spacious with expansive living areas and a large wraparound balcony, plus it features water views from every room!

The two bedroom apartment offers master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet.

The second bedroom has a double and single bed with built in robe.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and access to the balcony, which spans the length of the apartment.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and the cool, tiled lounge and dining area offers comfortable furnishings and smart TV plus Wi-Fi.

There is also a very spacious balcony with a covered alfresco dining area to enjoy meals outside overlooking the river.

Set amongst 2 hectares of immaculate tropical gardens Seascape is the perfect location for holiday makers of all ages. Seascape is only short easy walk to Twin Towns Club, major shopping centres and Coolangatta shops and cafes.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

We met up with friends from Sydney to go to Cooly Rocks.The apartment was fantastic.We could walk to everything.The beds were comfy,kitchen well equipped for cooking.Beautiful Views.We will be back.Thankyou Seascape

property well equipped. shame we needed to bring our sheets. Inconvenient to find managing agents. quite sharp and unhelpful. should have key return at premises. Very inconvenient to go back to managing agents.

well it had no air con we couldn't use the pool or the spa we tried to contact the booking people for a $25 a day dicount due to no access to the spa and pool but no reply total arseholes and i will b spreading this story far and wide.would not stay here or book another holiday through this service because of tge property managers

Great location, comfortable, but in need of TLC. Light switches damaged in kitchen, door handle broke on bathroom door, and really needs a good paint.
