el hospedaje en general estuvo bien, el buffet tiene un costo y variedad razonables, las mejoras pudieran estar en las habitaciones, particularmente en la que me hospedé no contaba con corbatin de “no molestar”, la puerta no podia ponerse seguro por dentro y extender el horario de restaurante, fuera de eso todo bien, la atencion del personal es amable

No hubo agua caliente 1 día. Cada vez son más los hoteles que NO cobran por llevar a tus mascotas pero este no es uno de ellos. En general bien.

El hotel es muy hermoso, las señoritas de recepción son super amables y muy atentas así como las personas que trabajan en el hotel, lo único que sería malo son dos personas que son los administradores del hotel una señora güera y otro señor,que todo el tiempo están de malas y te hacen mala cara cuando te ven,y son hasta groseros parece que te hacen el favor de hospedarte ahí, diría que es lo único malo y que echa a perder la estancia en tan bello lugar y tan amables que son las personas de ese hotel.
