"A lovely, clean, well equiped and spacious apartment a short walk from Re Di Roma metro. The local area was pleasant with all the necessary shops and cafes, restaurants nearby. We had some great pizza. It was an easy stroll down to the Colosseum and into the heart of Rome. Giulia was a good host, easy to communicate with and replied promptly to any questions. I would recommend staying here "

"I booked only a week from my trip. This was the best deal and the reviews were right. It is a great option for those who want to travel into the city center. While there I used 3 different train lines, and one bus line. It's very easy to navigate. Eleanora is very helpful and gave up a map when we checked in. I booked the quad room which was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The room was clean and comfy. We also felt very safe there. The B&B is located in a much bigger apartment building. So there is no lobby or check in desk. It's on the 2nd floor of the building, sort of a suite. Inside the suite there is 4 different rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is where daily breakfast is offered. Breakfast was a collection of breads and pastries with spreads and juices. She also offered pancakes or waffles, all individually wrapped. Breakfast was very convenient as it helped make sure we were good to face our day without having to find a breakfast option. You must contact the owner to let her know when you plan on arriving she can meet you to let you in. You will have your own keys: for the building, the B&B suite, and your room. We had a great time and I recommend booking this as it was a great option for us."

"Very good location. Close to the metro. Flat not cleaned at all. Enough towel in the appartment along with instant coffee/ tea. Electricity adapter available. Balcony small (2person standing up). "

"Direct sub urban train from airport to Roma Tuscolana and a quick 5 min walk. Great location on metro. Property was perfect for small family and the balcony was an extra special treat to enjoy the sun."

"Very clean and tidy hotel, modern, we had the room with the hot tub and the room was a very good size, the hot tub was lovely, bed slightly firm for my liking but that's personal taste, breakfast was enjoyable every morning up stairs on the top floor. Hotel was within walking distance of the Metro A, and only a 30 minutes walk from Rome Termini which we did to and from the hotel, I have already recommended this hotel to friends and would stop here again without hesitation "
