Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. "I thought we were getting the entire apartment. Instead, we are SHARING the kitchen, living spaces with 5 other rooms. Our room was TINY, probably the smallest, shower I've ever had at a hotel. The outside of the building was covered in graffiti. Expedia should delist this property."
