"Hotel was very clean. First night was an abbaration as someone did not clean the floor. They fixed it in the morning and hereafter everything was great. "Wasn't easy to gain access as I had to contact the owner directly. Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared.
The apartment itself was pleasant, although the wifi was not very good. Ended up mostly using my own data."

"I thought we were getting the entire apartment. Instead, we are SHARING the kitchen, living spaces with 5 other rooms. Our room was TINY, probably the smallest, shower I've ever had at a hotel. The outside of the building was covered in graffiti. Expedia should delist this property."
