"Rooms in hotel quite quirky. A pleasant stay and 3 out of 4 nice meals at the restaurant."

"We had a great stay at this property and would absolutely stay again. "

"The view from our unit was the best we have ever had for a beachfront property. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very very obliging. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this acommodation to anyone wanting a relaxing time in Hokitika."

"Room with a view, nice bar to relax in and the staff were very helpful"

"The staff was lovely, friendly and accommodating with a last minute request. The 2 bedrooms were roomy & comfortable & motel had a well equipped kitchen. There was only 1 heater for 2 bedrooms and where the power point was in the lounge room it was in a bit of an awkward spot - i would just say in winter check the heater situation suits your needs when you check in - otherwise this motel is really excellent value & comfort for the price."

"The bathrooms were soooo far way from our spot, but other than that everything was good"

"Friendly staff Clean room A great one night stay just a short walk to the main strip and beach. Hosts were very helpful and forthcoming with recommendations."
