"Very nice property. Check in and check out was problematic, and the staff were untrained in using the computer or confirming prepayments. They also asked us to skip house keeping for a free drink, suggesting staffing issues. The rooms could have been cleaner and showed some signs of wear. The fence outside our patio was broken. We had difficultly sleeping due to kids jumping loudly above us late at night and early in the morning. Brunch was buffet only. The game room was a total hit with my 6 year old, and the pool and playground occupied him for hours. The fire pit and smores with live music created great ambiance. The general layout was really nice. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. It's 10 minutes to the paid gate of Yosemite but 45 minutes to the popular destinations of Yosemite. I would stay again. "

"This was a very last minute trip and we didnt know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible and magical place that is Evergreen Lodge. SUPER family focused, clean and just magical. Everything about this was excellent. The general store has incredible snack and food options and very healthy and a barista. The one thing we didnt do is pack more food so that the meals and snacks didnt add up to so much. But now we know what to stock up on and we will be coming again very soon."

"Bathroom toilet clogged, staff fixed in 10 minutes after I called. Room was amazing so comfortable and spacious. We had such relaxing time. We will be back again soon…10+ Casino was large, clean and slots were fun…service staff was there frequently asking if needed drinks…great place to enjoy little down time."

"Staff was super Amazing!! Hotel is historic so things are not updated... but beds were comfortable, water was hot enough for shower. Things were creeky and dated -part of the charm. Traffic on the main street is definitely noticeable. Little easy continental breakfast. Location was Amazing ... lots of little shops. For being an antique hotel.. things were decently clean. Second story pool was cool with nice patio seating. "
