"Relax holiday trip to Hong-Kong after 5-6 years . Although i missed the email from the hotel to complete online check in before arriva, the physical process at the counter was rather fast. Staffs were all friendly and helpful, patiently answered all queries. The decor looks a bit dated but all well kept in good conditions. Hotel is conveniently located next to the MOKO mall with many choice of cafe & restaurants available, useful in adverse weather."

"The Hotel was fine. Elevators were slow despite being 5 of them. Music was a bit loud some nights (we could hear the bass thumping in our room on 9th floor). Rooms were comfortable but they should have cleaned the giant stain on carpet from previous guests. Some of the towels we received during the week had stains on them. Bathroom strangely smelled a bit like sewer so we kept door shut when we went to sleep. "

Housecleaning team were good, nice little touches such as chocolates for the kids. Also tying up our phone cables etc., always asked if we needed anything. Would like to thank all that serviced our room, although we didn’t see you, you are appreciated, hope management passes that on. Also lovely staff at breakfast, thanks to Vinod and his team. Very hospitable and friendly, we very much appreciated his hospitality, thank you! Would stay again and highly recommend. Although we would try to get a bigger room /suite next time. "
