The staff is fantastic, the kingdom room was great, the ground are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was great and exercise room serviceable. It reminds me of a smaller version of the Grand Floridian.

Good for people who want to go to Disneyland.Friendly hotel staff and clean room . Bed is small for 2 adults ,prepare you snacks before you go to hotel. No convenient store around! Outdoor pool is still closed on March, but we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.

Hotel had a fresh scent throughout lobby. All employees were excellent. Excellent transportation throughout facilities including a nearby rail station to take you to the city. If only there was more convenience stores it would be perfect. I think there used to be a 7-eleven in the area but it is hard to find.

Terrible Club Lounge food. Exact same poor options everyday, and the food was freezing cold. Not even an attempt to make this lounge worth the insane price you pay to avoid the other price gouging happening at the resort. Skip this and bring ramen. Save your money unless you love boxed cookies and gummy bears.

Disneyland Hotel Hong Kong – A Spectacular Experience The Disneyland Hotel Hong Kong is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the last two years. Unlike many other hotels I’ve experienced, which often feel mediocre, this one stands out as exceptional for a very affordable price! Based on cleanliness, staff hospitality, amenities, and overall maintenance, I would rate it as excellent! The attention to detail is remarkable—the carpets and floors are spotless, the walls are well-kept, and even the common restrooms are immaculate. Unlike other hotels where carpets often smell unpleasant, here everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The pool water is sparkling clean, the towels are new and warm, the seats are tidy, and there is no fear of allergic reactions to dust. The top-notch amenities include signature toiletries, daily towel replacements, and thorough room cleaning. They refresh the bed, provide new robes and slippers, toothbrushes, coffee, teas, free distilled water, and more daily. They maintain bell service (w/c rarely exists in the US), deliver luggage to your room, and have courteous housekeepers. This level of service is something I seldom encounter in most hotels I've stayed in. Our family experience is outstanding, so I gladly give this hotel a five-star rating! Thank you for a fantastic stay!
