This exquisite space is designed for those who crave a sensual escape, combining modern elegance with the seductive charm of Tulum’s natural beauty.
As you enter, you’ll be enveloped in a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance, where earthy tones and rich textures create an inviting atmosphere. The open layout features a stylish living area adorned with plush furnishings that beckon you to relax and unwind.
Upstairs, you`ll find the lavish king-size bed, draped in luxurious linens that promise indulgent nights of restful sleep. Soft lighting and tasteful decor enhance the warm vibe, making it a perfect Tulum hideaway.
The modern kitchenette is equipped for culinary adventures, allowing you to prepare intimate meals or sip cervezas while enjoying the beautiful garden and pool views just outside your window.

Please note that Mistiq Gardens 2 is located in the Jungle North of the Hotel District and South of Tulum Centro. Like many roads in Tulum, the road leading into the building is unpaved and there are no lights set-up yet.
We recommend that you rent a car or take a taxi in. If you`re travelling by foot or bike, we suggest planning your arrival during the daylight.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We allow cancellations and offer a 96% (payment less administrative fees incurred by us) refund from the date of booking till 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days of check-in are subject to a 50% refund.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Additionally we require a $500 deposit or you have the option of purchasing damage waiver protection for your stay with us for $35 (which covers you for up to $500). You will be invited to verify your identity and select from one of these two options through a separate email from our insurance broker Truvi. This is NOT the same insurance that VRBO offers. 1 - Please no pets.
2 - Please do not smoke inside. There are ashtrays for the terrace. Please throw your cigarette buts and ashes in the garbage once they are completely dry (not on the floor or in the garden area!).
3 - As is the case in all of Tulum, please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the garbage bin instead.
4 - We are working to keep our nightly rates low, and you can help us by please turning all the lights off in the rooms you’re not in and when you leave the space for your adventures. The same is true for the AC units, please turn them off when keeping the terrace doors open or leaving the unit for the day.
5 - The water heater is small, so please be aware that hot water will run out fast. We suggest saving your showers for when you’re coming in from Tulum’s hot sun, so as to be able to handle a colder temperature!
6 - Please clean the Nespresso machine after each use.
7 - Please close and lock the terrace doors whenever leaving the space.
8 - When using the building amenities, including the fitness centre, restaurant and pools, please respect that this is a shared space. This includes no audio speaker in common areas, no floaties in the pool areas and wiping down the workout machines after use. The building has not yet communicated their official rules with us, so please ask the staff if you’re unsure that something you want to do in a common area is allowed.
