"Great stay close to Universal Studios and Halloween Horror Nights. Walkable during the day and free shuttle available all day. Quick snack options at Starbucks and kiosk or full dining available at restaurant in the main lobby area. One thing we figured out is that there is a 20% automatic gratuity on deinksand food from the restaurant so be aware when tipping! Everyone from the Valet attendant to the desk staff were friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend and come back for our next visit."

Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and we appreciated how smoothly everything went from check-in to checkout. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back again."
