Cute place
Great little place. Had everything we needed. Well stocked with coffee, pans, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Even has a bbq grill and patio furniture in a fenced yard. Very clean and just an all around great place.

Extremely disappointed
The property looked clean on the surface however, there were hairs (not mine) on the bed pillows and I encountered several large cockroaches my first morning there. I immediately packed up and contacted the owner for a refund. While the owner was responsive at first, I still have not received $116.61 of the promised full refund. I have contacted VRBO several times and they claim that the host is not being responsive and VRBO can not issue the remainder of the refund. In addition to the uncleanliness of the casita, I also had the added stress of having to find a new place to stay - all while trying to move my child on to campus from out of state.

Cute cottage
This vrbo rental was very clean, newly updated and tastefully decorated. Neighborhood is a mix of homes from some needing refurbishing to large and small homes that look great. Felt safe in the neighborhood. About maybe 1 mile walk to the downtown historical district. Pictures are quite accurate. The yard is cute. Only one thing we were quite disappointed about was, the backyard has a propane fire pit that we were were looking forward to use a couple nights that we were there, with the weather being so nice and the propane tank was empty. We didn’t know until the first evening looking to use it. Notified the manager and he said they would have it filled the next day or we could and they would reimburse us. It didn’t get filled the next day and we did not do it as we did not feel that we should have had to do it. If this is unimportant for your stay, no worries. Still, We would stay here again.

Cute Casita in Decent Neighborhood but Needs Updating
Very small property for 1 or 2 people. The full sized bed is pushed against the wall so adults have to crawl over one another to get in and out. Furnishings are shabby and dated as are the wall coverings, bed cover, shams and linens. Outdoor furniture is in good shape but cushions have exposed stuffing. Laundry facilities are next door in a shed on the adjacent property which is used by that renter, as well. Wi Fi. cable TV with Firestick. Furnishings are limited, basic and very old. Reasonably priced, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Very nice little place. Just what we needed for my husband, myself and our dog. Centrally located to all the things we wanted to see. Only suggestion would be to include a small table in the unit to eat off of.

Exceeded expectations!
This was the perfect place for our needs. Originally rented for two adults and then my parents joined us. I had no trouble changing the reservation. The owners are right there if you need anything but they give you your space. The place is cute and clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This rental met most of our needs. We had some issues with the tv, and returned one day to find the thermostat had been frozen by the manager via an app. We would have preferred explicit guidelines communicated about temperature control. Other than that, we were happy with these accommodations.

Perfect Casita
We stayed 2 nights. Taylor and Yuko were very responsive to any questions we had. The location was great for visiting our friends. The casita was quiet and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a couple visiting Tucson as the rates were very affordable.

Home away from Home
We stayed here a month after moving from out of state. Centrally located, this is the perfect spot from which to explore Tucson and go hiking. The backyard with grill was a relaxing hang-out for us and our dogs. The owner and family are friendly and very accommodating.

This was a nice, small one bedroom that was perfect for our stay! Although it is small, it does not feel cramped. I’m especially picky about kitchens and I felt I had plenty of space to cook. Having a private back yard for my dogs was so convenient and it was plenty large enough (chihuahuas). The owners were so nice and responsive to any questions I had.

Great spot for a single person
This little apartment is great for one person. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom would be a little small for two people and definitely would not work for more than that. The small fenced yard is a definite plus if you are traveling with a dog. The kitchen is adequate for homecooked meals and one person can sit at the counter but, again, it would be cramped for more than one. You could eat outside, of course, when it is warmer than January. The hosts were very pleasant and it was nice to have a washer/dryer available. The neighborhood feels very safe although most of the streets do not have sidewalks, which is something of a detriment if you are walking a dog. There is not much of interest within walking distance, but the neighborhood is a central location from which to visit various parts of Tucson. I would stay here again if I come back.

Adam, Sorry you had such an experience, you one of very few that haven't thoroughtly enjoyed their stay. For one thing, I don't own an tile saw no do I do tile work. Bad timing I guess, if the neighbor was working on his carmenghia. Seems so contractictory since every time I asked you how things were you said they were great and we couldn't do anything to make you happy. We don't like travelers to leave disgruntled, so we wish you would have said something to us so we could have addessed the issue with the neighbors who apparently used tile saw, and worked on their car. .... Our apology on their behalf.

I stayed here for a few days while I took short courses at the law school. Peter accommodated a special request from me to connect a DVD player, which helped me unwind in the evenings after spending 8am to 6pm doing some heavy thinking and discussion in class on concepts and frameworks. It was great to come home, and pop in a DVD of my sci-fi TV series and be unbothered by Netflix decision making. Closeness to Whole Foods and Bookman’s is great, and it was a quiet neighborhood. I will always look for this place when I need to be back in Shchuk:son for trainings from the university. The city’s name comes from an O’odham word describing mountains that are black/shchuk at their base.

Quick trip to Tucson
We didn't stay at the casita much as we had a lot on our agenda in a short period of time. Everything was well thought out for comfort and convenience. It is an easy place to have a dog as the neighborhood is great to walk around. The location was good for downtown and sight seeing.

Taylor was extremely helpful and a very good host!
This property is accurately represemted as a cozy, nice place. The bedroom is separated from the good, full kitchen so no refrigerator noises in the bedroom. We also appreciated the ceiling fan to supplement the really good air conditioning system since we were there during a very hot week. We would stay there again. The benchand table and chairs in the back yard gave a private place to relax - overall, very nice!

PEACEFUL GETAWAY
The property is the perfect size for a couple. We are used to a larger bed but it was comfortable. The small backyard is great for our dogs and a nearby park was a pleasant walking distance. Off street parking is nice. Yuko was there to greet us and give us the keys. Cable TV and Wi-Fi worked without any glitches. Very clean and we would return. Thank you for providing our home away from home.
