"Super friendly staff clean room "

"The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is in a great location. However, the room did not feel clean and was quite stuffy. Thankfully, we were able to open the window to get some fresh air. The carpet in our room especially needs to be replaced—it felt very dirty, to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off. I can’t speak for other rooms, but ours could definitely use a deeper cleaning."

"One of the best stay we ever had. Amazing view of Michigan Lake and Chicago Skyline. Place was very clean and well maintained, easy parking and host is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again in Summer. "

"There are many restaurants very close. The rooms were very clean and the one person that shined at this property was a Staff member that cleaned all the rooms and helped guests with all their questions. She alone is a 5 star 🌟 "
