"We were happily surprised at how nice the hotel room was! And parking felt secure. Breakfast was great. "

"It was very clean. Only downside of the rooms is the beds are really small they are not queen size bed they are full size and 2 grown ups really can’t fit in them. I feel it’s not right for the price of the room and the beds are really small."

They had no bottled water to buy, no area to buy snacks or items you might need (ibuprofen, toothbrush, tampons). Rooms were clean but art decor was cheap and tacky. No decaf coffee in the rooms, no guide on the tv remotes. "

"It’s an old hotel. It needs a quality paint job and new carpets in the hallways among many other things. But the lake view rooms makes up for a lot of what’s missing."

"The property was well kept and in a good location. My experience with a few different front desk staff was a little disappointing. They had little customer service skills when lines were long and no valet attendee working. They were short with customers and at time very rude. I called ahead to have my car pulled around and was told 10 minutes. I waited and proceeded to valet. After waiting an additional 15 minutes in line, we were told the valet was on break and they didn't know when he would return."

"The staff was efficient and personable. It’s a two minute walk to the red line and a 10 minutes to the blue line. You get shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The building is old, but the water pressure is great and the water temperature is better. The bed was comfortable. "
