"Lovely old building full of character. Nice clean rooms. Plenty of parking and very dog friendly. No hidden extras either which seems to be the norm these days. Proprietor was very welcoming (especially to my dog) and let us book into our rooms early. Big thank you."

"Upon arrival we we greeted & shown to our room. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean, just what we wanted. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast in the bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a choice of breakfast, we ordered a full English and avocado on toast with poached eggs & bacon. The food was cooked to perfection and was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Victoria In. Location great too with a bus stop outside if you don’t want to drive and a co-op next door for essentials."
