"The Bodmin Jail Hotel was amazing, really well presented and the history has been preserved brilliantly. During our stay we did the after dark ghost tour which again was an amazing experience our guide Kee was very knowledgeable and friendly, overall I would highly recommend a visit to either the hotel or the attraction"

"I spent 3 nights for work, the location is amazing, the hotel is old but in a good condition and clean The staff were terrible, the lady who did the check in was not bad, but others were not friendly at all when I go in or out saying hi they either do not answer back or just a cold hi in return The lady who did the check out was very bad ,I came and said : good morning I want to check out,, she didn’t look at my face, didn’t say good morning, jut : room number? Said:103 , she( didn’t look at me at all): ok , I was expecting: thank you, I hope you had a good time with us !!!! but no, nothing at al."

"Amazing stay here as always, couldn’t fault anything, had a bar snack meal which was amazing, biggest fish and chips I’ve ever had!"

"The staff was very helpful. However here are my concerns. Our room was very hot the mattress was hard. The operator for the hot shower water was very confusing for people who aren’t familiar with the UK design for the hot water operator. Also the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. "
