"The house with the fenced yard was excellent for our needs with 2 dogs and 5 people. Only issue was there wasn't much info provided about things like where to put the trash, setting up the tv, or any checkout instructions. But the property was really nice."

Firstly, there was no indication before arriving that the place we would be staying at was currently in the process of being remodeled.
