"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in.
