Very convenient to the airport. Only 3 stops on S9 or S45 @€4.30. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. The bed is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. I was 30 minutes away from busy areas and 40 minutes away from city center and 15 minutes away from the airport.There is a grocery store nearby and a small restaurant walking distance. The room has the mere basics and I appreciate the blow dryer. The room looked very new, clean and convenient. There were cameras in the hallways and a key card necessary to operate the elevator. I like that there was work out equipment, a kitchenette with a coffee machine (for purchase), a microwave and a vending machine with ready to heat meals. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Check in super easy, I checked at the desk and the automotic during the after hours. I left a sketchy hotel and made a second booking. Very well recommended, will come back in the future.

Convenient comfort.

The bugjet room is small and basic but the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Only 4 stops on the S9 train. Great for late night and early morning flights.

S- Bahn zum BER nah. Zimmer sauber und ruhig, wenig Ausstattung (Ibis Budget) Zwei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption unaufmerksam. Einer war mit einem schweren Fall beschäftigt, die Kollegin am PC. Erst nach 10 Minuten wurde sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass Kunden warteten!

+Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. -Self-Check-In hat nicht funktioniert bzw. gab es keine Anleitung dazu. Kein Hinweis, dass es eine Rezeption gibt und wo sich diese befindet. Man musste sich "hineinschmuggeln", um jemanden zu finden. Das sollte unkomplizierter gehen!

Wurde per kreditkarte über expedia bezahlt und abgebucht. Beim einchecken wurde der gesamte betrag nochmals abgebucht von der Kreditkarte. Das hotel wurde informiert, sie meinten es sei ein systemfehler. Bis zum heutigen tag den betrag noch nicht zurück erhalten

Hotel war gut, leider sehr laut durch S Bahn und vierspurige Strasse. Sauberkeit war gut, da auch erst neu eröffnet. Am Checkout Tag wurden wir um 09:00 geweckt, da das House Keeping reinigen wollte, obwohl wir bis 12:00 Uhr auschecken müssten.

Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht aber es läuft alles sehr zäh und der Gast steht hier nicht im Vordergrund. Sicher auch der Neueröffnung geschuldet, aber bei den Preisen steht es in keiner Relation.
