"This is an okay hotel for the price, a bit dirty and not well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good and was close to the activities we were doing around town. It was even within walking distance to some attractions."

"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular. Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive. The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. It was surprising to see a downtown hotel in a major city only have 2 attendants working."

"We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the location. It was very central for us. We loved the Happy Hour the best! It was only bread, cheese and wine/beer. The hotel setup was well done. A great way to end a busy day before going out to dinner. Wish they did that through the weekend! There was a mix up on our reservation but the hotel resolved it to our satisfaction. We were on a high floor corner room and the views were spectacular!"

"It was missing 3 things-microwave in room,couldn't connect firestick to tv and no public laundry on site. Otherwise was it was a 10. The sraff including Hosts- Gregory and Michael were more than helpful and accomedating. Love the service and attention."
