Very good service from the moment that I checked in to the moment I got to my room. The staff is very courteous especially the housekeeper who went out of her way to provide a comfortable stay.

Clean room and nice staff, good shampoo & body wash compared to other hotels
Check-in was fast and very friendly. The room was good. My only complaint was a bad shower head. Overall the staff was excellent. They were very friendly, quick to answer any questions and even laughed at my corny jokes!
Nice and quiet. Conveniently located near bus station.

The room condition was okay, room was dark as there was not much lighting. Depending on when you went to the front desk, some staff members were courteous and some were not.
The elevators were not working properly- definitely not easy lugging bags up and down the stairs.
The staff at Blossom were AWESOME!!!
Very nice property. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Shower areas need some work. Free parking for guests in parking garage. Good value for the money. Leaky shower doors. Caulking around shower & bathroom needs replacing. Shower heads look rusty.
The hotel itself was good it’s when the shops are close in the afternoon you have to go downtown to eat and the transit busses don’t come all the time hotel was nice pool security was very helpful definitely would stay there again
The location was close to our son, but we had Hope to be able to walk to things near by and there. Really is nothing near the hotel. Room was fine, the bed was just ok, it was a little bouncy. The room was clean, just a bit older, but it was nice and quiet.
This hotel needs an upgrade. It’s ok. The rooms are comfortable but it was too much noise coming from the air conditioner. The staff was very cold and not welcoming. Easy check in. Parking is free and convenient. They do have pool that was super warm. Love that.
Love how the hotel was clean and fancy! The style made it feel like a casino! Both the fanciness and the staff made my husband and I’s honeymoon ( just married 9-14) much more enjoyable !
My experience was average, the customer service was excellent. The building and room seemed a little bit outdated but besides that my experience was pretty good.
