"This place is a dump, terrible smell in the hallways & the room. The area didn’t feel safe as well as in the hotel as ther were people screaming profanities in the hallway/room. Ended up leaving and booking another hotel. Stay away from this place. Received only $15 key cash-very disappointed."

"This was a beautiful room! Clean, cozy and spacious which made it feel more homey and made our stay wonderful. The staff was friendly and pleasant. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast but were informed that it was offered and even got a log for the fireplace. The hot tube was amazing and did it job with helping us relax. My only issue were that the cute outdoor seating areas were messy from the birds and our room didn't get cold enough. I do have to mention that it was about 90° out though. We were told it was no smoking but the room did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Definitely relaxing and enjoyable. We will be visiting again and would definitely recommend. "

"Our room was quiet and kept clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied the 6 days we stayed there and presented attractively. My only complaints were no grab bars in the shower and the toilet stool was very low which made it difficult to rise from."

"Ok this hotel is perfectly located to enjoy New Hope etc and situated right next to an extensive canal trail. The in hotel amenities don’t exist - no pool, no gym, no breakfast. Good parking but can get loud since they host conferences etc next to the rooms. Warning, if you are an early bird you will have to go over the bridge to Starbucks if you want coffee or breakfast before 7:30. Breakfast -a full one or early- can be very hard to find. Just go to Starbucks."
