The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. "If you are in Lugano for the scenery this is an exceptional place to stay. View wise it has a great panoramic view of the lake where you can see central Lugano but also the surrounding towns. It has good public transportation access but is also completely walkable if you aren’t in a rush.
