"I was very disappointed with the desk clerk upon my arrival. We arrived early so I understood that we had to wait until check in time. He made us wait for 4 hours. The other problem I had was that our room key stopped working after the first day. I needed to use the bathroom immediately and couldn’t get into my room. I don’t want to go into what happened. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he would be in later. He never made any attempt to contact me later. I will never stay at this place again. I will also stop using Expedia in the future.
