"No one was there when I got to the hotel - so I had to go to another hotel. You need to do a better job of your property listings. AND I better not be charged for this hotel since I did not and could not stay there. "

"The so called family room doesn’t exist and they wanted to charge me extra. Thank goodness staff was understandable and didn’t charge me. Overall the hotel was not bad, bit older that I expected. Walkable distance to downtown and parking available were a plus."
