Tight parking, but very safe, price is good and the place is well located to walk most interest points, other far reaching areas (i.e. La Bufa) is just a 5 min. cab drive. The breakfast is OKeish but you will do better walking 1 street to Patio Rosa to a much better meal. In summary, staff is kind, place is clean and tidy, well located and very peaceful. Definitely will stay again when I am back in Zacatecas.
We had a breakfast buffet. It’s in the center of the city which is accessible to all points of the city. Has a parking garage. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel accommodation is very good, also very close to the main historic area, and breakfast was excellent. The only thing is that they forgot to replace the towels one day. But in general a very good experience 👍
This is a nice and inexpensive downtown hotel, short walk from all the major spots downtown.
The rooms were fairly clean and nice. We had a really nice view, of the courtyard behind and the mountain. The free breakfast was nice and the service was great.
Clean room. Very nice view to a garden and bufa view. Kindly staff. Close to Alameda and centro

Great staff and a lovely room.
Only thing that was not great was the parking. Tight to drive around with all the pillars. Nothing they could do about it, but strangely constructed!

Location is very convenient.however,
Property needs upgrades in their bedding and furniture.
They need to be flexible in refunding payment when flight cancellation occurs due to airline mechanical problems.
Check-in was great, and when we got to our room, we were impressed by how nice and attractive it looked. The hotel is in a great location, so we went out to explore the area and didn't return until around midnight.
When I tried to take a shower, there wasn't a single drop of hot water. I ended up having to shower with freezing cold water, which was very disappointing.
Before breakfast the next morning, I went to the front desk to report the issue. The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do because maintenance wouldn't be in until 9:00 a.m. Having worked in hospitality myself, I felt there were other ways the situation could have been handled. For example, offering access to an empty room to shower or at least providing a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt like I was bothering her by bringing the lack of hot water to her attention.
To make matters worse, the hot water issue was still unresolved when it was time to leave, so I had to take a second freezing cold shower before checking out.
The room itself was nice and the location was excellent, but the issue with the hot water and the response from the front desk left a negative impression.
The hotel building itself is beautiful and has a charming colonial style, which was the main highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property is in desperate need of a major renovation and update.
The furniture throughout the hotel, including the lobby and restaurant, appears extremely old and worn. It honestly made us wonder if any of it has ever been replaced. Our room felt outdated, and the bathroom was very small, making it difficult to even close the door comfortably.
We also noticed a strong sewer or drainage odor that was unpleasant during our stay. Upon arrival, we found that the bedding cover was dirty and had to request a replacement. The staff handled the issue politely and were friendly throughout our visit, which we appreciated.
The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. There were only a few options available, very limited variety, and only one fruit choice (watermelon). There was no cereal, very little bread selection, and overall not enough choices to justify staying for breakfast. We ended up eating at a restaurant outside the hotel instead.
While the staff was courteous and the colonial architecture is attractive, the hotel needs a significant remodel, updated furnishings, improved room conditions, and a better breakfast offering. In its current condition, it did not meet our expectations
The pool -which unfortunately I did not use ,looked nice and had warm water . Personnel work very hard, especially people from the kitchen to have warm food for us in the morning. Staff is very helpful. The hotel location is the best right in el centro histórico .
My mom travels every other month/year back to our hometown, Zacatecas. We always book this place because it’s right in the heart of it all. Staff is amazing, goes above and beyond. And very affordable!
Pool. Gym. Free breakfast. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have been staying here over 17 years. And has not disappointed. Very close to many shopimg store it's the downtown in zacatecas
I expected better based on reviews, Lousy water pressure. the rooms are in need of upgrading. The towels are old and worn. The one positive is the location, it is within walking distance of all the Centro Historico attractions.
