"Wonderful staff. Great ameneties. Location perfect for visiting the City Center / Colonial Zone. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is very attentive and kind. The pool area was clean with many extras. The rooms are modern and comfortable. A wonderful stay."

"I booked this hotel primarily in the excellent ratings which I cannot understand based on my experience. The hotel is well located within the Colonial Zone however there were several detractors. First and foremost, the rooms don’t have any air-conditioning which is a major flaw in a city as hot as Santo Domingo. My room (104) was in the ground floor and was very dark with no sun coming through the windows. The breakfast was mediocre at best with very limited selection and the scrambled eggs were cold. The rooftop poll is small and the loungers are uncomfortable. Not a great experience in my opinion."

La última noche no hubo agua en el hotel y el personal ni tan siquiera sabian decir cuando llegaria el servicio de agua, tampoco nos brindaron aunque fuera unas botellas de agua para poderse lavar la carita y la boca No estaban dispuestos a ofrecer algun descuento por estar sin agua desde las 11 pm hasta las 11 am"

"You would expect better from the price you pay. The resort is very outdated. The campus is massive separate buildings. Odd layouts of the the rooms no outlets to charge your phone stains on the floor and very dirty all around"
