10/10 Service! The hotel is beautiful, but the daytime staff specifically Wennifer at the front deskā€”make it a 5-star experience in the daytime. She was incredibly helpful throughout the day, always greeting me by name and making sure my stay was perfect. Night time not as much but still worth the stay. If youā€™re looking for a place where you actually feel looked after, this is it.
