The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. My partner and I came here to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary and they were beyond helpful!! We loved the location as we often walked to the colonial zone and to Piantini. The breakfast they served every morning was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for your trip to Santo Domingo!!

The staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The amenities are excellent, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The consistency in service, quality accommodations, and excellent amenities is what keeps me coming back. I truly appreciate the hospitality and the overall experience. Great location. I loved the lobby area; the decor and the wonderful scent. The welcome with valet parking and a complimentary drink was an excellent service. The room was very nice, with a huge bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great buffet selection. My only criticism is the noise. I stayed over the weekend, and the combination of the hotel’s nightclub and a party taking place made the loud music late at night quite bothersome.

the place was very clean, and the staff was very helpful, even though I had a minor issue with the restaurant and the went above and beyond to fix the problem which was really nice. other than that, my experience was amazing, I'll definitely go back.

If you’re bougie from America, book this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Stunning view of the city from floor to ceiling windows. I got a free champagne at check in due to Expedia VIP or something. The breakfast options are the same everyday but it taste well so no points off. Staff was delightful aside from 1 consistently grumpy server on the rooftop, he was never in a good mood over the 2-3 different times I encountered him. 100% will stay here again..

The staff were great and helpful. Sr Baez and J. Gomera to be specific. The property needs some attention, small holes in the walls, patches on the ceiling and boarded doors . Great location though.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge! They have a club in the hotel which is upscale I was not able to go since I was tired after a day of running errands in the City of Santo Domingo. Overall a nice place to stay if you’re in the City.
