"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"Conveniently situated on a peaceful road with easy access to the freeway. At walkable distance to cafes and restaurants. This tranquil place has wide-open parking on two sides and a stream right behind the property, with water flowing down from the hills. The rooms are clean, and the front desk personnel are friendly. I enjoyed my continental breakfast on the patio table while watching the sunrise over the green hills. It was a wonderful experience!"

"We really liked the layout. There was a Jack and Jill bathroom between the living room (with queen pullout couch) and bedroom so we had a door to shut on each side for privacy. "Fantastic location for winter sports enthusiasts. At 58 years old, location to chairlift/gondolas is a game changer. Also, access to the recreation center for Hot Tubbing and swimming helped these old knees out! Simple, Practical Tranquil and Accommodating best describe the Condo. "5 Stars all the way!!!! From the moment we checked in, which the staff was so friendly, to going into the safe parking garage, you know right off this is going to be amazing! When we went to go check out our suite, WOW what a surprise. Full kitchen, no need to bring anything except your own food and drinks, because the little store is reay high priced, dining room table, couch, gas fireplace, balcony that looks out into the courtyard that would be a perfect place for the Summer Blues nights, separate bedroom, and bathroom. It was so clean, and the Best part is, we were allowed to take our ebikes to our room, which is one of the main reasons we stayed there, because the beautiful bike trails are a ride away. Great restaurants and entertainment and we WILL be going back!!!"
