"Our room was clean and surprisingly large. The kitchen was small but functional. Parking is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk is only open until 6:00 pm"

"Very unique, beautiful property with updates currently being done. Rooms are older, but clean and quiet. Balcony attached to room is nice for morning coffee. Quaking Aspen blowing in the breeze. Beautiful surroundings and very nice grounds for families. Staff courteous and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to stay longer next time. "

"Overall a good value. What was not clear, however, is this is not Hyatt property. The front desk check in clerk was very rude and acted like we did something wrong by going through Expedia. She proceeded to tell me nightmare stories that other guests have had in different rooms by different hosts and that she can’t guarantee the quality. This is not something I needed to hear checking in on a vacation that I had spent a lot of money on. The room was well stocked with towels (which you don’t get more since no room service), had nice robes and microwave. Things that lacked were no fridge, no smart tv to stream at night, and right headboard was loose when daughter shifted at night. We were able to workaround these minor issues and for the price, I’d stay here again. Lovely pool."

"The two connecting rooms were exactly as described in the listing. They were a perfect fit for our multigenerational family, offering the convenience of a kitchenette along with the privacy of two connecting rooms. At the same time, we enjoyed all the amenities of a high-end resort, including excellent on-site dining. It truly offered the best of both worlds.We would happily stay here again, especially for a winter visit when we could take advantage of the ski-in/ski-out convenience. Fauna was a pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay."
