"Overall was pleasant experience"

"Loved this place! Rooms are amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was next level. Very traditional Japanese menu and so luxe! Staff were so friendly and accommodating as we had our 4 month old with us. The three onsens to choose from makes this place a must try!"

"Great staff, clean room, free Wi-Fi and huge breakfast buffé. Easy access to the local buses nearby and there are some restaurants and shops nearby."

"Good food and service"

"We loved our stay"

"Beautiful space, excellent service & delicious dinner with a wonderful array of sakes."

"The spa was the highlight for me"

"I would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast. There are many excellent and delicious choices of local cuisine"

"Family room was spacious and clean, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Amenities and meal plan were highly memorable"

"Great place. Good fresh food. Only negative is the smell from smokers neighbor."

"Everything was excellent. Clean facility, kindly satffs and great food. Want to come back again for relaxed vacation."

"Really relaxing stay! Beautiful property and the staff is great! "

"Nice drive trip"

"Good onsen and food, perfect for a night away during a busy tour of japan to disconnect and relax. Great staff and amenities."

"This hotel would have been very grand in her day, but is showing her age. The rooms are huge, but room amenities sparse and towels and yukata are old. It’s primarily used for large groups to use the onsen I think, rather than a luxurious stay. The breakfast dining room is large, as is the hotel, but having breakfast with another 200 or 300 people wasn’t all that pleasant. The rooms have no USB charging ports, and power outlets are few and low to the ground. The view from the hotel is beautiful...

"Stay is in a quiet neighborhood and there are strict rules to not make any noise throughout the day or night. There aren't many shops around and only one 24hr konbini late at night. The couch was very old and was not at all how it looks in the photos. Nice to have a whole kitchen to use but there is only forks and chopsticks. There are cutting boards but no knife to cut anything, only a pair of scissors."
