Terrible check in they said my card was declined not enough funds it had full funds locked my card out i had to contact the bank accomadation had already been paid. Bed was like cement shower leaked everywhere mould in shower 1 fork in the draw would recommend to stay there

I enjoyed the staff, easy checkin. However in the temperatures you get in Townsville- the AC and fan in the bedroom need to be fully working. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The picture in the website showed quite a nice good sized room.. The room was extremely small, I’d say snout 3m x 3.5n .. tiny! The only saving grace was it WAS clean.. but I will never stay there again.

Staff at reception was helpful and made checking in easy. The room had dirty used tissues under the bed and couch. Also one of the cleaners looked off chops. Pool a little dirty and could do with a scoop to clean out leaves and stuff. Location good as

Very run down and dirty. Mouldy ceiling in bathroom, carpets heavily stained, ceiling fans did not work, cigarette butts in garden beds. Very over priced for the state on the complex. Front reception door locked on arrival despite arriving during office hours.

The property is a little tired and needs attention. For example, each of the 2 air conditioners in my room was so loud, screeching & annoying, I had to turn them off at night to get to sleep. Annoying.
