"Great location! The condo is well appointed with an amazing view, and the resort it is in, is well maintained and has many amenities if you like to hang out at the resort. We could walk to Old Town Kapa'a in 5 minutes for several bars and restaurants, an ABC store and plenty of souvenir shopping. There is a Safeway 5 min drive from resort. It was centrally located on island to hit all major attractions both North Shore and down to Waimea, Poipu & Koloa. The airport was a 15 min drive depending on traffic, of course. There was great communication with the owner at all times. We would be fortunate to stay here again when returning!!! "

"Thank you for a great stay! Location was excellent with bike rentals for the path right across the alley. On the ocean for spectacular sunrise! Had enough space for myself and three daughters so we could all have our own bed which was great! "

"Lovely rooms, spacious and clean. Excellent service, easy checkin, and lush grounds with lots of activities. Right next to walking path and close to eating spots. A second pool would be nice, the small spa was packed night and day. We highly recommend Pono Kai. "

"WOW is the best way I can describe this place! Steps from the ocean and a miles long walking/bike path. We watched dolphins and whales every day from our patio. This place is a 5 star hotel! The best way I can describe this place is it felt like home as soon as you walk in. We will be staying here again. The host was awesome to work with."
