"Clean the hot tub/spa! There is mold/algae/dirt all around the intake at the bottom of the spa/hot tub. Clean/add chlorine to the pool. It's very cloudy and our skin itched after we got out and went back to our room. Also, our room keys stopped working early this morning and we had to get the house cleaning people to get us into our room twice. All in all, this was a disappointing stay, especially by the standards we have become accustomed to at Hilton properties!"

"Property is a bit under maintained. Hard to operate sliding screen. Some stairways closed. Restaurant hasn't been open this year, 2026. Confused about whethe we got the correct type of room. Room was clean and everything worked. Staff friendly and efficient. "

"Parking was easy, air conditioned wasn’t as cold as we thought it could be. Room wasn’t very clean, the closet had a lot of sand in t. The bathroom even had some feces on the floor, and the dishes were wet, like they were just rinsed and put away."

"We stayed at this property for seven days in early April. The unit was clean and everything worked well. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive to our questions. We rarely needed the AC since the weather was fairly cool that week, and it was so peaceful sleeping with the door open at night, I had my best week of sleep in months. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony at sunrise every morning--delightful! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and the Coconut Marketplace is a great resource. Please note the unit's description online--it is accurate--there is a kitchenette (not a full kitchen), and although it sleeps two it is a studio not a one-bedroom unit. Strongly recommend and we hope to be back."

"Perfect budget option that has everything you need (minus a hot plate) however there are barbecues on the property that you can use to cook. The property was well equipped and clean. During our stay there wasn’t a cleaning service but that was fine with us. There’s a broom to sweep sand and they provide dish soap and kitchen supplies "
