"I have stayed at this property several times and I’ve never had any issues. Rooms are clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, and it’s in a good location. My one and only critique is that the mattresses and pillows seem to be getting less comfortable each visit. I’m not sure if they need to be replaced or if it’s just preference but, regardless, the staff and area always make me feel at home. "

"Clean, hip boutique hotel. Great location with free parking. Just don’t be fooled by the king with balcony. You can’t actually hang out on the balcony. It is 4’ x 4’ and half of it is taken up by an AC condenser blowing hot air into you. I purposely booked this room because of the balcony, but was very disappointed I didn’t get to use it at all. Get the double queen and ask for a street facing room!"

"A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay. "
