"With an arrival scheduled past midnight, and too late to pick up a rental car, we booked this property based on the close proximity to the airport and the 24/7 on demand shuttle service. Both were good. We did have to wait quite a while for the shuttle . . . but the delay was explained by a wonderfully friendly shuttle driver, explaining he was very low on gas and had to stop to fill up. In the morning, the staff cheerfully insisted on driving me across the street to the rental car location, focusing on safety. Would happily book here again, if needed."

"Great place! Close to everything, Kenner, Metairie. 20 min to Downtown New Orleans.Next to the Levy that you can walk. Safe, quiet area. Near airport but never heard a plane! Our host was only a call or text away."

"Sink in bathroom was falling off the wall. Room condition old and not clean. Continental breakfast wasn't either maintained or stocked. Under sink was patched repeatedly with caulk and there was rust everywhere. Not safe area. "

"Once you get over the fact that this hotel is connected to a hospital, it was fine but weird seeing nurses walking around. The room had bit of a sticky area in the space by the beds. Other than that the room was clean and spacious. Side note - make sure that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner as this wasnt provided. There were 2 small bars of soap in the bathroom, but bringing your own is better."

"I recommend this place to anyone looking to visit New Orleans. It’s only 15 minutes away and with the money. Great staff, parking and rooms. Next time I’m in New Orleans I will stay with there again. "

"I love me some BWs; they’ve really upper their game in recent years. Check in, room cleanliness, always a breeze. The only reason for one less star, is that the breakfast is appalling. Coffee, horrible, all kinds of junk food; I understand costs, but if you’re dying for a great breakfast, don’t hold your breath…..otherwise, a perfect stay! "
