"The hotel was very good. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in Brussels. It’s close to the city center and easy to get around. I definitely would use it again if I were to return to Brussels for sightseeing or shopping. The staff was generally friendly and helpful for the most part. "
"The motel is conveniently located to all the highlights of the centre of Brussels. The staff were so helpful in recommending local areas for meals and shopping. The staff were super fast and responsive to a minor maintenance issue in one of our rooms. Highly recommend. "
"As you walk into the hotel, the reception area is beautifully presented (and this was even more so with it being Christmas time). The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The reception team were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in a great location too! "
"Clean room, very good gym facility and comfortable bed. Location made it easy to visit the exciting parts of Brussels and take railway trains from either Brussels Central or Brussels Noord/Zuid."
"This was one of the better hotel that our party stayed at during our European trip. The kitchen was fully equipped for meal prepping and the sofa bed itself had 2 individual mattresses that were could be separated into 2 single beds (no single mattress that sagged in the middle). The windows opened into an indoor mall but were soundproof when closed.
The elevator did break down twice during our 3 night stay, which was rather inconvenient. We were told to use the sole service elevator which wasn't too bad but depending on the time might be overcrowded as it was rather small and both guests and staff were using.it. "
"Highly recommend the property! It is central in Brussels making it easy to get around by walking. There is a variety of food options in the area as well. Staff were helpful and very friendly. "
