Cocoonr Agency offers you, located at the top of Toulouse's Ramblas, this 112 m² apartment, for up to 4 people, ideally placed to make the most of the city and your stay. With family or friends, you'll have a great time together. The 2 separate bedrooms are ideal for resting after an intense day of sightseeing.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and access to a passageway that runs alongside the accommodation to enjoy the sun.
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher... It also has a dining area with a dining table. The coffee machine is a Nespresso.
- One bedroom has a double bed (140x190), for which we provide sheets, bath towels and household linen.
- One room is equipped with a king-size bed (200x200), for which we provide sheets and towels. It also has a dressing room for your belongings.
- A bathroom with bathtub, 2 washbasins with mirrors and a separate toilet. A hairdryer is at your disposal as well as a washing machine.

Parking: The flat has a free parking space in the Indigo Jean Jaurès underground car park.

- Welcome kit:
On arrival, you'll find a small welcome kit in the apartment including a few coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

The keys to the apartment are located in a secure KeyCafe box located 9 minutes walk from the apartment. Limited access to opening hours: 08:00-21:00

Le Bonrepos 🙂 Overall, it feels like living in your own home. There is a lot of comfortable space and the children are very happy.The location is also very convenient, with a supermarket and a station.

The location is great and the layout of apartment gives lots of space. I was in a car so accessing key box was a challenge. The parking card wasn’t in the box and even though it was 1810 on Saturday, didn’t get a response until Monday. The other things were equally annoying but not end of the world: bad smell (so opened windows), expectation to take out trash without telling where the dumpster was

Le Bonrepos "Le logement correspondait à la description et aux photos. Mais le stationnement de parking, ce pourquoi nous avons choisi ce airbnb, n’était étrangement pas fournie. Ce qui m’a valu de payer un stationnement en plus du prix du logement. Malgré plusieurs messages d’aide envoyés à l’agence, aucune réponse ni explication n’a été donnée."

Le Bonrepos "L'appartement est vraiment génial, la déco aussi. Le quartier est assez vivant et l'appartement très bien isolé phoniquement. Attention en été, prévoir de dormir les fenêtres fermées (mais il y a la clim). Le seul bémol du séjour est : - le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas - les instructions qui demandent de sortir la poubelle (sinon retenue sur caution) ... qui nous a valu une session visite de la ville en quête d'un lieu de dépôts des poubelles. Mis à part ces 2 détails (qui semblent faciles à rectifier par l'agence), c'était vraiment top"

Très calme même si il est situé à un carrefour (double vitrage) Bonne literie, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Petits supermarchés en bas et ouvert le dimanche 🙁 Les clés sont à récupérer dans une boite sur le domaine public parmi d'autres, c'est stressant mais ça fonctionne Lors de notre passage 1 lavabo sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas mais devait être réparé Quartier proche du centre mais pas agréable en raison de la proximité de la gare"

Le Bonrepos Excellent séjour passé dans ce bel appartement. Très propre et hyper agréable. Même le savon sent très bon. J’y serai bien resté pour y vivre !! Tout proche de la gare hyper pratique et centre ville accessible à pied. Il y a une supérette juste à côté. Le Parking aussi est un très gros avantage. L’agence cocoonr a été très réactive à mes demandes. Rien à dire, n’hésitez pas, pour le réserver vous ne regretterez pas
