We offer for tourist rental a two-bedroom apartment within walking distance from the sea and two city beaches! The total area of the apartment is 78 m2, consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with outdoor furniture. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is a swimming pool. The apartment is located about 400 meters from the sea and two beaches - Los Locos and Del Cura. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: cafes, bars, restaurants literally next to the entrance. Consum supermarket and pharmacy are 150 meters away. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
