"I booked this for 10 days for a child that needed brain surgery. Her surgery was cancelled and the hotel and Expedia both refused to cancel. No one stayed in the room. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. I have always had a very nice stay here. The staff here have always been very nice in the past. Probably I need to re-evaluate my choices."

I was given 2 towels and 2 toilet paper rolls for the week. The bathroom and room had an overall smell. With no windows up open it's basically like staying at a hostel with cold water for showers. "
