There isn’t enough good things I could say about my stay here. Every single employee went above and beyond. The room was amazing, and clean. The attentiveness of the PH employee was phenomenal. 15/10, I definitely will be back and would suggest this hotel to family and friends

Great hotel in the past, deteriorating now.

My family has stayed in the Crowne Plaza for over 12 years now and we had always had a great experience, plus the buffet breakfast is incredible. This time we had an issue with water leak behind the toilet, and the hotel were unable to fix it. They claimed to send a “technician” who just flushed and last time just left a coffee paper cup to collect the water. Waking up at night to a flooded bathroom was terrible and the hotel took forever to get me a set of dry towels. Maybe because it was Christmas and they were not fully staffed but seems like calling a real plumber should not have been that hard. There were other signs of deterioration like old hall way carpets, elevators not working and wobbly bathroom faucets. Rethinking if our relationship with this hotel just came to an end.

Tiene un amplio estacionamiento,la habitación estaba muy limpia todo perfecto lo único que podría mejorar es el ruido que hace el aire acondicionado Como en todo hotel las paredes de cartón transmiten el ruido del pasillo a las 3 de la mañana huéspedes ebrios no dejan dormir. La alberca estaba muy fría,antes si estaba climatizada. El desayuno bufet vale la pena cada peso y más. El personal excelente de limpieza y los encargados del comedor.

La alberca nunca funcionó la caldera estaba helada, ni el jacuzzi ni la sauna funcionaban, el elevador muy lento o no te llevaba al piso que le indicabas, el servicio de lobby muy lento nos entregaron a las 4, cuando se supone es a las 3, mucho ruido por remodelación del hotel y mucho polvo El Desayuno regular , la comida de barra es muy pesada para desayuno

Elegí este hotel por la alberca techada y jacuzzi, en los dos estaba el agua congelada. El cuarto estaba muy limpio y se ve recién remodelado. El desayuno delicioso y con buen servicio.
