Don’t be deceived by the curb appeal, once you are inside the building it’s beautiful and very well kept. Breakfast is better than expected in a hotel and staff are extremely nice.

Awesome vacation

The employees are very nice and helpful always asking if you need anything. 100% recommend any one to stay here. Food is delicious. This is my third time staying here for this reason Love it.

The manager, i smoke at the pool in the mornings is not one single signal of NO SMOKING IN THE OPEN POOL AREA, AND SHE LOCK THE DOOR OF THE POOL SO I CAN DO NOT HAVE ACCESS IN THE MORNINGS TO IT.AND FOR THE NEXT FOUR DAYS, NOBODY WENT NOBODY JUMP IN THE POOL IN THE pool, the room was perfectly clean but they don't change your, Sheets every day they just fix you bed. Clean the floors back you and the floors clean the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean, the best of the hotel was the mornings on the buffet. The service was excellent, 5 🌟

Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que mi reservación no estaba, claramente el error fue del hotel. Me dejaron sin habitación y no había habitaciones disponibles debido a un evento que había en la ciudad. La actitud desinteresada de las recepcionistas y con 0 empatía fue el colmo. Pésimo servicio del Wyndham Torreón
