"The staff were very welcoming on arriving at about 2am, check in was simple. We stayed two nights, we rang down to reception on one occasion as we had very noisy neighbours, this was quickly resolved, however, very noisy people throughout the early hours, no respect unfortunately, doors slammed and shouting about, We ate at the hotel, the food was ok at best and quite expensive for what is was , we wouldn’t recommend it. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean and spacious, We probably wouldn’t stay here again, better options at fairer prices"

"No air conditioning in the hotel room. Our room is unbearably warm -there is no way it is 18* in here which is the temperature that the air conditioner is locked at. I complained at the front desk but was told all the rooms are the same. I can’t imagine what the rooms are like when the weather here is actually hot (it is significantly cooler outside tonight, about 15* but we can’t even get fresh air because the window only opens about 2”) We would never stay here again, and will definitely share this with others for this reason alone, which is a shame because everything else is fantastic."
