"Was assigned a room that was basically behind a fire door in a dimly lit area with just two reins. The lights in the hall were motion activated. First morning we work up to a soaking wet bathroom floor because the ceiling was leaking. Very bad vibe to the point that we checked out rather than be moved., staff was rude and management kept the fees for the entire booking despite the fact we left. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. "

"We booked this location to be closer to the cruise port. We staid one night and received our room on time. The lobby was clean and fresh, however the floor we were on was not the best standard. The red hallway carpet is worn and dirty, our room had no AC working and the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. We ended up spending extra money traveling to the city centre. I wish that we would have chosen location and quality or value. FYI for those looking for quad occupancy. We ended up getting two loft beds in the corner of the room added. The bed was made with sheets and no blanket provided. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a cheap option before the cruise and do not want to explore the city then this is your place. "

"The location was perfect for me as I had an event at the Fira Barcelona which was 10-12 minute walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was always nice and well stocked and its location to two metro stations was ideal for sight seeing. Zero complaints at all from me."

"The room was not spacious and the location is quite away from central Barcelona. While we had to find out about transit options, it would have been nicer to have some sort of shuttle operated by the hotel, as public transit took at least an hour to get into town. There are also absolutely no stores, restaurants-or anything nearby. It is a factory/warehouse distict. All staff were mostly friendly though."
