The hotel is sadly nowhere close to the 5* it claims to be. The first thing we saw as we walked into the lobby were large windows with a lot of bird mess on them, obscuring the views. Receptionists were consistently unfriendly, not even acknowledging us whenever we were passing by the reception area. The only friendly staff members were cleaners.
During our entire stay we could not get soap… we were given shampoo instead for the first two nights and eventually also shower gel, but no soap bars were available! We were also made to feel by one of the receptionists like we were asking for something really unusual… No environmental friendly policies in place, towels being replaced every day until we specifically asked to leave them unchanged. Breakfast was good - large, decent selection of foods. Dinner not for vegetarians- literally not one veggie option in the whole menu. Overall a very disappointing stay.
