"The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating. They were quick to assist in my travel changes and with a very sweet demeanor. The location of the hotel is great with many food options close by, a few blocks from shopping and Toronto's version of Times Square. Transportation is close by from the TTC to Union Square to get to the airport. It is also a few blocks to the art museum and about a 15 - 20 min walk to Kensington Market/Chinatown area for more food and shopping alternatives, same distance to the entertainment district including Rogers Center."

"Four stars for facilities bc the showerhead broke while we were there and nothing could be done about it. Otherwise I always enjoy my stay at this hotel."
