Perfect for 1st time!

This was our first trip to Toronto and this location was great! Easy to walk to some great areas of the city. The space was really comfortable and has great views.

Great stay

The unit was clean and cozy and quiet. We had a little hiccup at checkin, but that was solved and we were granted access to the property. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Location location!

Amazing location, perfect to go watch blue jays games and take in the down town sights. Host was very accommodating allowing us to have early check in and a late check out. However our fridge didn't work which was a little annoying.

Great location !

Nice unit in an Amazing location. Great view of CN Tower and all the night lights Close to Roger Centre Ripley Aquarium and many restaurants! We didn’t use but saw city site seeing buses picking up and dropping off close to us The host was easy to reach and very helpful.

Great location

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Note that the second bedroom is not actually a room, but can be made private with sliding doors (one of them did not work well). Some of the furniture could use an update but not a show stopper. The location is excellent and having dedicated parking in the building was a plus.

It was an easy check in and check out. Instructions are clear. Everything you need is there. Very accessible to everything, a few minutes walk to places we intend to go. We needed that exercise so it works for us.

Perfect Toronto location

My daughter and I were in town for her 23rd birthday. We had an amazing time! The apartment was in a great location. We were less than a block from Rogers Stadium, and a short walk to Scotia Bank Arena and Union station. It was easy to navigate the area and access the subway and cable car system. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. I highly recommend the apartment.

Great location, cool spot

I was headed to Toronto for a work conference. This spot was cool, had all I needed. The Hunters Landing right outside had great food and a good place for a nightcap beverage. If you want the Ritz, this isn’t it but the owner was super communicative and I’m happy to support them with a positive review. 10/10.

Nice place in the heart of the city.

We really enjoyed experiencing being in the heart of a big city, and this high-rise was perfect for that. Great view (if you are not afraid of height) and steps away from everything. The place was nice, and clean. There was an issue with the original unit, which we were not happy about, but the owner/manager did their best to fix, so it was all good in the end. One star minus for the check-in process, as the keys were at a different location, and it is hard to find a parking spot there, and the description for finding the parking spot, and then the unit in the building is not entirely correct. Overall, I would rent it again.

My birthday getaway to the city

I would definitely recommend booking a stay with this host if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Toronto. Me and my company took a trip to the city for the long weekend and needed somewhere to stay, I found this property which was perfect but found out even better news. The host had let us know that we were actually able to stay at his other listed sister property that I was actually interested in getting first. Which worked out perfectly, communication with the host was overall great, just had a bit delay with the check in instructions but he was very quick to communicate afterwards what had happened. Check in and check out was the easiest process I’ve ever had and the host was very responsive during the duration of our stay. The property was also very stocked up with extras to make our stay even more comfortable, as well as the location/view was immaculate. The only downsides were we weren’t able to access the amenities in the building and the bed mattress’ were mid comfortable but like I said overall, I would definitely be back because of all of the other positives! Thank you again for having us!

Great condo, great location, and great views.

The condo is perfectly situated to attend Blue Jays games, enjoy the atmosphere of downtown Toronto and the waterfront. I give this condo a 4.5 out of five stars because the second bedroom is very tiny and probably more like an office. There’s also no door on it. I could live with this because I understand having a second room is quite desirable downtown. The second issue is, it’s not very well stocked. The kitchen has very little utensils, knives and pots and pans. If you’ve rented this to cook, these are essential. The check in process was efficient and easy. The communication was fine between the host. I am not a high maintenance renter, so I really didn’t speak to them. They were very prompt and helpful when I did speak to them. I would recommend this rental, overall, as it is clean and well taken care of.

Really this unit is a 2.5 stay, especially for the price. I gave it 3 stars because of the location alone. The location is the best part of this rental. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The listing says it is a 2-bedroom unit; this is not accurate. It’s a 1 bedroom, and the other “bedroom” is a curtained off area by the kitchen/entryway. The beds and pillows were terrible. The middle of the mattresses sagged pretty bad, to the point where my partner and I would wake up in the middle of the night multiple times and had to readjust. The pillows were very flat and worn out. The comforter also had some sort of grease stains on it. The unit was decently cleaned, but it could definitely use a deep clean. The floors were not mopped properly. There were some areas that were pretty dusty (headboards, lid of toilet tank). It also would have been nice to have two sets of keys instead of just one. We were a group of two couples so we couldn’t ever split up for anything. Finally, the host didn’t ever provide any friendly recommendations or communication really. I had to reach out to him for the check in information and he was very brief, short, and just in general unfriendly.

Amazing location right in the heart of many of the cities main attractions. Comfortable walking distance to most of Toronto's top attractions and restaurants. Condo was as pictured and described. Small issue with the elevators while we were there but that was a building problem not related to the unit. Great to have parking included. Overall, a great stay.
