The location was amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean; bathtub squeaked when trying to have a shower and shower had no water in the centre of the shower head and wouldn’t adjust; poor pressure. The available shampoo and conditioner was not great.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. The staff was helpful every step of the way, and always with a smile. The facilities in the hotel were all clean and great. I enjoyed the fitness center daily before I went out and started my day. The hotel is in an ideal location that has you close enough to the entertainment district, but also close to the vibrant and “local” west side. There is a tram line directly outside of the hotel on King Street that gets you east and west throughout the city. There is also a subway stop just a few blocks away that can help with north and south travel. Almost everything is within walking distance including the Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Chinatown, and more. The stay could not have gone better. Thank you and I will be back. 5 stars!

Staff were excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The variety of food options were above what I would expect. Housekeeping staff were exceptional, ensuring we had clean towels, the bed was made and the water and coffee refilled. We were thrilled with the service.

Hyatt regency is located in the proximity of Toronto convention center. It was very convenient to have a daily quick walk. Water in the room was a nice touch too. The bed and bedding were super comfortable!

I am a big fan of Hyatt properties, so I was not surprised to find a high-quality hotel in all respects. My only negative is the small bar which on Toronto Blue Jays nights is a disaster. There was a wonderful bartender, and she must have been made of steel to serve the crowd that was watching the hockey game. The hotel might consider adding a person on game nights.

Lack of functional parking area elevators were a major nuisance. In house dining room menu was limited and food below average. Overall property felt cramped and outdated, with very small, non-functional in room bathroom.

The property is located in the heart of downtown Toronto where it has a lot of options to add to our itinerary for a short weekend visit. Excellent staff from the front desk, concierge, security officer down to housekeeping. Great experience with the best hotel in Toronto. Highly recommended!

We stayed for this year’s opening weekend of the Bluejays, an annual event. This was our first stay at the Hyatt Regency. First impressions were very nice and the stay were very welcoming and amendable as we arrived a few hours before check-in. Our room was very clean. The decor is a bit dated, but has all the electronic conveniences such as PC dock, modern smart TV. Our room was a bit peculiar as the bathroom door was a pocket design and it was a challenge to get it to latch. Further the door and a panel on the bathroom wall were frosted glass, which may be a privacy issue for some, but more of a nuisance when someone other than yourself uses the bathroom in the middle of the night. Lit up the entire room. Location to the Rogers Centre, stores, transportation and restaurants was top shelf. Uber was easy if required. Special shout out to Zak of the hotel staff, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you to him.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location, the only down fall was that the sleep setup was uncomfortable. The bed sheets and comforter felt like sleeping in bags, the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was really hard. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was in a good area.
